We all desire to know that our customers are truly satisfied. But how do we go about it? Sometimes the creativity is just not there. And neither is the budget to hire an ad agency. So where do we turn?

. They wanted to survey their top “50” customers to see if there was anything they could be doing better. They knew there would have to be something to it for the client to take the time to fill the survey out and return it. So Robyn provided 8-10 ideas to increase the odds of the surveys being returned. Green Bay chose to go with a chocolate remote control.
Their cover letter included phrases like “in the remote possibility that we aren’t doing everything right,” and “it sure would be “sweet” if you would give us your feedback”. The end result? They received nearly ¾ of the surveys back with deep appreciation and admiration for their spin on the incentive. There’s far more to the promotional products industry than product….look for those folks who will provide the service !
